I liked the way the room was decorated and the way it opened onto the upstairs outdoor area. The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is hard to find and detailed instructions on the website and booking confirmation including local buses from the airport and coach station would be useful. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake until 1:00 in the morning with our neighbours chatting and watching a late-night movie. Earplugs essential!

A room with a wonderful view, a central location, beautiful classic style in the room, quiet at night and a good price. But best of all, the staff make this place special. They are interested in each and every guest and go out of their way to help with anything they can. From laundry, to further travel arrangements to carrying heavy backpacks through the rain to grab a taxi for me. Absolutely wonderful people. I didn't want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful and warm place to stay.
